How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Tissueplayoffs Floor Coating wants homeowners to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- A call or message you had with Tissueplayoffs Floor Coating
- The way we handled or protected your personal data
- Content on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your report helps us watch the quality of the network, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Still, Tissueplayoffs Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@tissueplayoffs.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short description of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not resolve the issue, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
